***After reading & checking each box, click 'NEXT' to select your student's Behind-the-Wheel location/day/time I understand the classroom portion will take place at the SODE Office in Phoenix: 4374 S. Pacific Hwy, Phoenix.
I understand that I will need to enter my student's valid permit number, issue date, and expiration date in the registration form
I understand that the drop date is 2/11/25, and no refunds will be issued after this date.
I understand there is a mandatory parent meeting, and failure to attend will result in an automatic drop from the course.
I understand that the Behind-the-Wheel location, day, and time are not guaranteed and may be subject to change.
On the next page, I will need to select my student's Behind-the-Wheel drive location, day, and time. (One for all 6 drives)
