The decision to cancel due to weather is made by our lead examiner. Because conditions can change quickly (even improving from unsafe to safe), some decisions may be made the same day as your appointment. We’ll do our best to notify you as early as possible.

• For appointments between 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM: You will be contacted by 4:00 PM the day before.

• For appointments between 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM: You will be contacted by 11:00 AM the same day.
